Not familiar with the concept of “clickbait” —this is a good example of it! I don’t see anything wrong about any of the recommendations given here—they just have little to nothing to do with “habits that cause belly fat”. Eating portions sized to your body’s needs, which seems to be the larger theme here, is good to be mindful of, but will not help you with any issues you have with belly fat as already pointed out.
