In your article this part raised a lot of questions for me and after some research I’m still a bit confused. Olive oil is often written about as extremely healthy. Not only because it’s loaded with beneficial fatty acids and powerful antioxidants but also a dietary staple for some of the world’s healthiest populations. You referenced a book but do you happen to have any references to good articles as well around this topic?
